General Description

The Pre-Drywall Inspection is performed before any Drywall is installed and after the Weather Resistant Barrier is Installed on the exterior of the property. The purpose of this inspection is to get a good look at the framing members, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and building practices of the property before they become concealed. This inspection is a more complex and in-depth inspection compared to the TREC Standard Inspection but consists of all the same items minus the Appliances, Irrigation, and the Thermal Imaging Scan. It is highly recommended to purchase a Pre-Drywall inspection in order to catch any serious defects during the building process such as improper nailing, improperly installed load paths and other code violations that could be the cause of costly damages in the future.
